  I had my investment unit managed by these guys, and I was really disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Despite paying management fees- It was really hard to get any of the managing agents to ever return my phone calls, despite leaving multiple messages with receptionist, emails, and voicemails on the agents mobile. Exit statements weren't completed on time, and there was no tennant follow up either. I wont be using these guys again- and certainly wouldn't recommend them to other owners either.
